Whirlwind trip to Cebu City, Philippines

Had a whirlwind trip to Cebu via an early morning PAL flight for an speaking engagement.  I arrived 6:30 am and returned via the 7:15 flight that same day.  Had a chance to see the city after almost 4 years.
